Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and for compensation for any other reasonably forseeable loss or damage. Returns

Please choose carefully as we cannot refund items simply on the basis that you no longer need or want the product. Computer components are to be installed correctly and with static precautions observed we do offer an installation service to reduce risks of faults developing and incorrect installation or customer damage void warranty. If the item is faulty please provide information to assist us with our warranty procedure ie. fault description, information on what action was being performed prior to the fault being observed.

Return Procedure

ONES4TECH values its client and want your purchase experience to be a pleasant one. Should you have any issues please contact ONES4TECH with your product concerns, if item is required to be returned fill in paperwork to identify you as the owner of the product. ONES4TECH staff will test the product and if fault is presented then item will be return to Manufacturer/Supplier for Replacement or Repair, goods presented for repair may be replaced by refurbished goods of the same type rather than being repaired. Refurbished parts may be used to repair the goods.  If no fault is found a testing charge may be applicable.
