Sometimes annoyingly you click the outlook icon, and nothing happens.

Most of the time it’s a simple process to get your Outlook back up and running.

  1. Access the task manager CTRL+ALT+DEL, or on Windows 11 right mouse button on the start button and select TASK MANAGER with the left mouse

    or

    Windows 10 right mouse button the task bar and select TASK MANAGER with the left mouse button.

  2. Scroll down till you see Microsoft Outlook (if the Outlook image looks like the image below)

Left Click the Microsoft Outlook then, click with the left mouse button the end task button.

Then attempt to open Outlook as per your usual practice and hopefully, this will work for you. If, however, this doesn’t work you may need to contact us for further technical support.
